Ciney Chavarria, owner of Ciney4Makeup Artistry, LLC, is a Certified Professional Beauty and Bridal Makeup Artist with 10+ years of experience based in Hanover, MD. She specializes in natural-looking bridal and event makeup designed to help women feel polished, confident, and beautifully enhanced without looking overdone.
After graduating from Von Lee International School of Aesthetics, Ciney gained experience in fashion, photography, film, and bridal makeup while balancing a full-time career. As her business grew, she opened a private studio focused on providing a more personalized beauty experience.
Today, Ciney4Makeup Artistry, LLC offers more than makeup services. Through skincare guidance, beauty education, and professional cosmetics, Ciney supports clients beyond the makeup chair to help them feel confident both in the studio and at home.
