How is the $100 balance applied toward products?

The total investment for a 1:1 Skincare & Complexion Lesson is $150. A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit secures your session. The remaining $100 can be used to purchase products during your appointment or applied to settle your balance. The choice is yours!

What should I bring to my lesson?

Please bring your daily skincare products, makeup essentials, and beauty tools so we can assess what’s working for you. Don’t worry if you don’t have a whole routine—I’ll have everything you need, plus materials to take notes.

What if I don’t own any skincare or makeup products?

No problem! The studio is fully equipped with the products and tools you’ll need for the lesson.

How should I wear my hair?

We recommend pulling your hair back to ensure a clear view of your forehead and natural hairline. This setup helps during demonstrations.

Can I bring someone with me or have them sit in on my lesson?

To ensure a focused and distraction-free experience, lessons are one-on-one between you and the artist.

Where is the lesson held?

Lessons occur at Ciney4Makeup Artistry, LLC's private studio near Arundel Mills Mall and Fort Meade Army Installation in Hanover, MD 21076. The exact address will be provided upon booking.

What is the rescheduling or cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please email ciney@ciney4makeup.com with your appointment details. We will confirm and update records accordingly.

Please note:

All deposits are FINAL, non-refundable/non-transferable unless the Artist cancels or reschedules.
If you reschedule, cancel, or do not show up, your deposit remains non-refundable/non-transferable.
A new deposit will be required to reschedule, subject to the Artist’s availability.
